Hello! Wheeler Ceramics offers free shipping on domestic orders within the contiguous United States over $125.

All items have a flat rate of $5 each to ship within the contiguous US if the total is under $125.

All packages are sent with a tracking number.

We currently ship to the US and Canada. Those rates are calculated based on weight. Delivery times vary due to many factors, but they are averaging between 5-21 business days.

If the postal service has lost your item, please contact them first to resolve the issue. We do not have any control once the package is in the hands of the delivery service.

If your item arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please follow the instructions listed in the "RETURNS" section and we can arrange for a replacement.

Please note that your item(s) will be sent to the address you provided. Please be sure to verify this address is correct so you are able to receive your item.

Expedited shipping is only available on certain items.
